Carisma, Novi, MI asks
Q: What can I use to remove a line of plastic that rubbed off of a 5 gallon bucket onto the paint surface of my car?
Rich White, Aftermarket Expert
A: First, make sure that the surface in this area is clean. You can then try polishing the area with some wax and a soft, clean cloth. If this doesn't go far enough, use detailing clay (following the manufacturer's directions) and its fine abrasive to remove the plastic deposits. When finished, polish the area with wax and the cloth used earlier.
